1. Building Construction, Establishment of Air Conditioning Plant, Installation of Generator and Voltage Stabilizer
2. Purchase (Optical Sound Recorder, Tele-Cine Machine, Digital Sound Equipment, Water Treatment Plant, Web Site, Networking, Software development and Computer Training etc)

Progress (2005-06):

 1. The construction work of the Digital Complex Building, Initiation of Soundproof Technology and Installation of Central Air Conditioning Plant are all towards the end
 2.  An L/C account has been opened against the Optical Sound Recorder
 3.  An L/C account has been opened for the purchase of SD Tele-Cine Machine
 4. Work Orders have been issued in favor of Networking, Software Development, Web Site Development, Generator Supply and Installation and all these works are in progress at this moment
 5. Water Treatment Plant and Voltage Stabilizer Installation Schemes are in the process of issuing work order
 6. The Collection of Digital Sound Equipment is in the process of re-tender at present
